Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

How to book

Send a request with the booking form on our website, by email or on WhatsApp (+33 7 82 53 31 28). A booking request is free and does not commit you.

We reply with a quote or a confirmation within 2 hours, 24/7. On WhatsApp we usually reply within 30 minutes.

Your booking is confirmed once you have received our written confirmation by email.

Prices

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, taxes included. Airport transfers between Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly and central Paris start from €130 in a Mercedes E-Class, €150 in a Mercedes V-Class and €150 in a Mercedes S-Class, one way.

Beauvais airport, the Mercedes Sprinter, hourly hire, intercity transfers and private tours are priced on quote. The price in your quote is the price you pay.

Payment

The quote is free. You pay either on the day of the ride, by card or in cash, or in advance through a secure payment link we send you.

Two services must be paid in advance: the add-ons of the private Paris tour (except the Champagne and cheese tasting, settled on site), and the reservation of Champagne house visits, for which we charge a service fee shown in your quote.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time.

Within 24 hours of the pickup time, the ride is charged in full.

If your flight is cancelled, we move your transfer to a new time at no charge.

Before and on the day

The evening before your ride, you receive an SMS with your chauffeur's name and direct number. Your chauffeur contacts you again one hour before pickup.

For airport arrivals, we track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, covering passport control, baggage and customs. For departures, your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at your pickup address.

Vehicles and passengers

Mercedes E-Class and S-Class: up to 3 passengers, 2 large + 2 carry-on. Mercedes V-Class: up to 7 passengers, 8 large + 5 carry-on. Mercedes Sprinter: up to 20 passengers, 20 large + 10 carry-on.

On private tours, each vehicle carries up to 7 passengers; for larger groups we arrange several vehicles. Child seats are available on request: tell us the age of each child when you book.

Hourly hire

Hourly hire has a minimum of 2 hours and includes 15 km per hour. The hourly rate is on quote.

Private tours: tickets and meals

Mont-Saint-Michel: abbey tickets are not included; we can book them for you for a small service fee.

Versailles: lunch is not included and is at your own cost; we are happy to recommend a restaurant and book a table.
